Robert G. Williams, National Trainer and Regional Sales Manager

Bob entered the Insurance World upon Graduating from College in 1968, and except for 3 years serving his country in the military, has spent his entire professional career focusing on the Development of Personal Producers and Marketing Firms in the area of Life, Fixed and Variable Annuities. During Bob’s first 30 years in the industry his primary focus was on the 403(b) industry working with both Producers and Consumers. In addition to working in Corporate America Bob owned his own Agency for 7 years, focusing on the financial needs of Educators, Public Employees and Non-Profit employees.

Since 2002, Bob has earned a well deserved reputation as one of the most dynamic, entertaining and informative Trainers and Motivators in the Industry. He has perfected the art of training, recruiting and developing sales skills in agents, regardless of their level of experience. Bob has trained and recruited literally thousands of agents in his career; in fact since 2002 he has conducted over 500 training classes to over 15,000 agents.

Bob is widely considered to be the Premier Trainer in America on “How to Position Both Fixed and Index Annuities in a Consumer’s Portfolio”.
